ART Church - DeSoto, the first church plant of the City Lights Church Planting and Mission Network, launched on February 27, 2022 with a celebration worship service in north DeSoto. Our mission is to be a church that reproduces throughout the southeast sector Dallas. We strive to be a community that reflects and serves our neighborhood.
Our faith family believes:
that the true Triune God (Father / Son / Holy Spirit) is the only true God, and belief in this God’s saving work is the only way to eternal life
that eternal life is God’s gift to you by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone
that people of every tribe, tongue, class, nation and background, through the Holy Spirit, are unified as the Church under Jesus
that God’s miracle-working power to change hearts and transform lives is limitless
that God uses ordinary, everyday sinners to carry out his extraordinary plan of healing, hope, and reconciliation
that, by faith, it’s God’s good pleasure to choose you to be an instrumental member of his family

ART Church is a family of brothers and sisters committed to letting God’s light shine in their lives.
What makes us unique? Our commitment to using artistic media as ways of communicating the Gospel. At each service, you will see how a work of art, from a variety of media, has drawn people into the salvation story in Jesus.

ART Church is foremost a group of people, not a building. We live lives of worship wherever we go.
We also value getting together for mutual support, and spending time around God’s Word together.
ART Church - DeSoto gathers at 3pm each Sunday in our home on Wheatland Rd. All are welcome — and loved.

Each Wednesday at 7:00pm, Eric and Elliott lead a 15-minute virtual gathering for prayer. People from all over the country, wherever they are, can and have joined in.
